The German city of Cologne hosted a new edition of ANUGA, the world's largest food and beverage fair, an event that presents the latest market trends.
Several companies belonging to this Association of Importers and Exporters of Albacete (ADIEX) traveled there, in a visit framed within the agreement signed between the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX) and CECAM CEOE-CEPYME, and coordinated by technicians from the Confederation of Employers of Albacete (FEDA).
The companies associated with ADIEX that have been at ANUGA this year have been Frutas y Turrones San Andrés, Antonio Sotos, Goyval Vinagres, Ultracongelados CampoVerde, Quesos Vega Sotuélamos and Sociedad Cooperativa Champinter (through its trading company Neofungi).
The company Frutas y Turrones San Andrés has been able to renew a sector as traditional as nougat to new market technologies. At ANUGA he has presented his latest innovation: Choco Fruits.
Saffron is highly valued internationally and the company Antonio Sotos has been able to promote its marketing through the "paella kit" and the "risotto kit". These days he has been at ANUGA presenting his Azafranes del Mundo collection.
Goyval Vinagres, also present at ANUGA, this year has a renewed website www.goyval.com where you can see its wide catalog of vinegars and balsamic oils made in Madrigueras.
The Ultracongelados Campo Verde stand at ANUGA has served as a space reserved for business meetings with clients who continue to value the quality of Spanish vegetables.
Neofungi, marketer of the Sociedad Cooperativa Champinter, and Quesos Vega Sotuélamos, has also been present at ANUGA, aimed at learning about the main innovations in the sector and the opportunities presented by other markets.
