Yesterday, October 29, 2024, the resolution of 22/10/2024, of the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha, was published in the DOCM, approving the call for aid, under Order 139/2021, of September 15, modified by Order 139/2022, of July 5, and by Order 173/2024, of October 9, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, aimed at development of individual internationalization plans.
These grants are intended for the development of individual internationalization plans, both for companies that are in the initial stages of exporting and for companies with consolidated exports. The purpose of these grants is to promote the presence of regional companies in international markets, contributing to their competitive improvement, for which the execution of actions will be encouraged. Promotion, Innovation and Sustainability of an international nature.
beneficiaries
The following may be eligible for subsidies: companies; individuals registered with the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA); cooperatives; groups of individuals or private legal entities, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, which, even without legal personality, carry out the eligible activities, except public and private foundations, public companies or bodies and public administrations. The management and representation bodies of protected geographical indications and protected designations of origin, whatever their legal form, as well as when they are established as associations and foundations, may also be beneficiaries.
Lines 2 and 4 are intended for beneficiaries who are included in the activities, sections, divisions, groups and classes of the National Classification of Economic Activities 2009 (CNAE-09) listed below:
a) In section C, the following divisions:
13- Textile industry.
14- Manufacturing of clothing.
15- Leather and footwear industry.
32- Other manufacturing industries, group 321, the following classes:
3212.- Manufacturing of jewelry and similar articles
3213.- Manufacturing of costume jewelry and similar articles.
b) In section G, division 46, groups 461, 462 and 464, the following classes:
4616- Trade intermediaries in textiles, clothing, furs, footwear and leather goods.
4624- Wholesale trade of hides and skins.
4641- Wholesale trade of textiles.
4642- Wholesale trade of clothing and footwear.
Justification period:
The maximum deadline for submitting the justification will be one month from the end of the execution period, which will be June 30, 2025. Specific requirement of line 1 Initiation and 3 Consolidation
For lines 1 Initiation and 3 Consolidation, companies that have been beneficiaries in the two calls prior to this one (2022 and 2023) will not be able to apply for aid.
Initiation lines (depending on the company's sector of activity).
Line 1: Initiation to export: for companies in all sectors, except fashion.
Line 2: Initiation to export in the fashion sector: for companies in the fashion sector.
Applicants must submit an action plan with a minimum budget of 2.500 euros and maximum of 5.000 euros
The subsidy percentage will be 100% with a maximum aid of 5.000 euros.
Lines of consolidation depending on the company's sector of activity.
Line 3: Export consolidation: for companies in all sectors, except fashion.
Line 4: Consolidation of fashion sector exports: for companies in the fashion sector.
These lines are aimed at companies that have exported for at least three years within the period 2019-2023.
Applicants must submit an action plan with a minimum budget of 4.000 euros and maximum of 8.000 euros.
The subsidy percentage will be 100% with a maximum aid of 8.000 euros.
Application submission deadline:
The application period will be one month from 3 October 2023 (until 2 November 2023).
Execution period: From June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
Resolution of the procedure.
The maximum period for resolving and notifying the resolution may not exceed six months starting from the day following the publication of the resolution of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.

- Translation of web pages from Spanish
- Creation of international web pages
- International advertising campaigns in digital media
- International promotional material in digital format
- International promotion actions through virtual platforms
- International promotional activities such as fairs, exhibitions, point-of-sale promotions, tastings, demonstrations, fashion shows, presentations in showrooms, technical conferences, congresses, professional seminars and similar events
- Trade agendas for foreign markets
- Subscriptions to international contact databases
- Promotional and advertising campaigns in newspapers, magazines, or other physical media, in markets outside Spain
- Promotional material focused on foreign markets: preparation, design, adaptation and editing of promotional material in physical format (catalogues, brochures, and posters).
- Participation in international tenders, officially called by multilateral or bilateral organizations or foreign public institutions
- Business trips, prospecting and study trips and visits to fairs and events
- Registration of patents and utility models before official international bodies
- Approvals and certifications from foreign and national organizations that allow marketing abroad
- Registration of trademarks before foreign organizations, as well as national organizations of an international nature
- Certifications with international standards in the field of Environment and sustainability: carbon footprints, environmental management system, Ecolabels, organic farming, environmental product declarations, Wineries for Climate Protection (WfCP), environmental impact assessment, environmental risk analysis, ISO 14001.
- Environmental and social risk assessment (Due Diligence) in projects abroad.
- Certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility and Compliance under international standards: SA 8000, ISO 26000, IQNET SR10, Equality Plans, SGE21, IFC Standards, GRI Sustainability Reports, Non-Financial Reports, Global Compact, SDG Sustainable Development Goals, SMETA (SEDEX), BSCI (AMFORI), ISO 19600, ISO 19601 Criminal Compliance, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery, Prevention of Money Laundering and similar.
The following are not considered eligible expenses:
- Financial expenses, liability restructuring or refinancing, current assets, VAT and other taxes or fees that are susceptible to recovery or compensation.
- Bank charges for any type of transaction.
- The costs of manufacturing the products, labels, containers, packaging and the like.
- Maintenance or ongoing costs.
- Staff expenses.
- Expenses incurred prior to the execution period, except as provided in provision 8.3.
