Last week, the Resolution of 27/11/2017, of the General Directorate of Companies, Competitiveness and Internationalization, was published, approving the call for aid from the Innova-Adelante Program in Castilla-La Mancha, 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, for the 2017 financial year.
Object:
The purpose of this resolution is to convene for the 2017 financial year, the granting of subsidies within the framework of the Innova-Adelante Program in Castilla-La Mancha, which includes the following eligible lines:
a) Line of support for business innovation
b) Innova-Young Line
c) Collaborate-Forward Line
Target:
a) In the line of support for business innovation: SMEs for all the projects listed in article 3.a), and large companies exclusively for the experimental development projects listed in article 3.a).1º.
b) In the Innova-joven Line: micro-enterprises and small enterprises established at most in the four years prior to the date of submission of the aid application.
c) In the Collaborate-Forward line: SME groups for all the projects listed in article 3.c) and SME and large company groups, exclusively for cooperative experimental development projects listed in article 3.c ).1º.
Those indicated in article 6 of the regulatory bases (Order of 23/06/2016, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Innova-Adelante program. DOCM nº 130 of July 5 )
The amount of the subsidy to be awarded will be determined by a percentage that will be applied to the investment or cost that is considered eligible, depending on the line of aid and the type of beneficiary, between 25% and 70%, as established in article 12 of the regulatory bases.
The actions or projects eligible for subsidy through this program may not exceed the maximum limit of 250.000,00 euros, in general.
Those established in article 19 of the regulatory bases (Order of 23/06/2016, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Innova-Adelante program. DOCM nº 130 of July 5 ), and its modification.
The one referred to in the seventh base of this call:
a) Documentation accrediting the personality of the applicant and representation (NIF, powers of attorney, deeds...)
b) Documentation accrediting the category of company (Annual accounts, company tax, work life report...)
c) Documentation corresponding to the project (technical, economic and financial report, pro forma invoices, employment contracts, pay slips...)
d) Documentation for valuation purposes (certifications, agreements, other supporting documentation...)
Applications will only be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha.
